When you receive your acknowledgment letter from us, take it to a Blue MedicareRx pharmacy*
to begin using your Blue MedicareRx plan. The acknowledgment letter
contains important identification numbers that the pharmacist will need
in order to fill your prescription.
If you have not received an acknowledgement letter from us and it
has been over seven business days since you enrolled online or over the
phone, contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-739-4700, 8
