60-Day Formulary Change Notice - The Blue MedicareRx drug list, also called a formulary, is current as of this publication. The information is updated on a monthly basis. Once enrolled, you can call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-739-4700, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. CST to obtain additional information on any changes to the Blue MedicareRx Formulary. For the hearing or speech impaired, please call 1-888-285-2252.

If a medication is removed from the list, you will be notified at least 60 days before it is removed from the drug list. We will also update this information, along with any drugs added to the formulary, on our Important News & Updates page.

If the FDA deems a drug on the list is unsafe or the drug's manufacturer removes the drug from the market, we will immediately remove it from our list.
